Here is an update on pricing & availability of a new source of pelletized chicken manure for those in the Upper Midwest:
Approximate availability will be after Jan 15 of 2019 from south central MN:
- Bulk loads over 25 ton are $145/ton prepaid
- Under 25 ton is also available, price based on number of tons
- 1 ton Super Sacks are $180/ton for full truckloads @ 21 bags…this also varies based on quantity.
Chilean Nitrate
For those interested in SQM products like Chilean nitrate, please be aware that due to the necessary implementation of a new management software system at the end of the year, our supplier will have a temporary “blackout” period for order processing and shipping. As a result, the last day for all orders of Chilean nitrate to ship during 2018 will be December 20, 2018. Normal shipping hours will resume on January 2, 2019.
Please plan ahead, send all purchase orders for Chilean nitrate in advance and be sure you have your end of year needs covered by Dec. 20, 2018.
